This year International Novomedia Forum (INF) will take place on November 7-9 in Kyiv at Tourist hotel. The title of the forum – “Truth Wins” – is very characteristic of the current epoch in the Ukrainian history.

Political neutrality - is the rule of a good etiquette for a journalist. But even this seemingly immutable tenet starting to oscillate and fall.  Monitoring the processes in the World's largest media, I come to the conclusion that the politically neutral journalism either rooted in the past, or, at least, is no longer exalted to the rank of the absolute.

Research and practical conference “Revolution, War and Church in the Media Dimension” will take place on September 10 in Kyiv. Symbolically, the event will be hosted in the very heart of the city – the revolutionary Independence Square, the Maidan.

This is the outcome of the all-Ukrainian university tour conducted by the Novomedia Association in February–April 2014. During the tour, association’s leadership visited universities in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovograd, Rivne, Ostrog, Cherkassy, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Lutsk, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson. - For what purpose was the Association created? What prompted the creation? 

The Association was officially registered on October 8, 2004 at the initiative of journalist Ruslan Kukharchuk. Its primary purpose was to unite Christians who work in the media to spread eternal values via the mass media. The Association’s motto is “Transforming the media – transforming the society”.
