The Journalists Association “Novomedia” 

"The transformation of media returns the transformation of nation"

 

The Novomedia Association is the all-Ukrainian non-governmental journalistic organization. It was founded in 2004 on the initiative of journalist Ruslan Kukharchuk. The Association unites Christian journalists and other creative stuff of different media in two common ways: spiritual unity and professional interests.

For today, Novomedia  Association  includes about 200 members from secular and Christian media and has representatives in the majority of regions of Ukraine. There are also members of the community in Russian Federation, USA and Canada.


The preparation for the International Novomedia Forum has started: 2-4 of November, 2012

Workers of the Novomedia Association will have the opportunity to meet up once again with like-minded people in media sphere. They will talk about current topics and share with experience accrued for the year of "separation" and they will have fun together. International Novomedia Forum is a platform for communication among professionals in the field of mass communication, is getting ready to be opened.



Forum will be in November 2- 4, 2012 at the Kiev Cinema House, which reopened the door for discussion of media people about new media and eternal values. In addition, since April, there are regular meetings of the organizing committee and communication with future speakers of the Forum.

International Novomedia Forum is a big fair of knowledge and experience in the media field. This year, we are asking the speakers the very important task: to indicate specific methods of successful integration in the media field, for the Forum participants. So the forum will be very useful and entertaining event,"- said the head of the Novomedia Association, Ruslan Kukharchuk.

Reminding, the International Novomedia Forum was held in November of the last year, in Kiev. This huge event gathered about 350 media workers, members of religious and secular media from ten different countries. The central theme of the Forum was: "New Media and eternal values." The program included many specialized lectures and seminars, themed talk shows, film screenings, competitions, presentations, etc.
