Association of Journalists, publishers, and speakers' “Novomedia” held school named “New Journalist” second time already from March of 24th to May 12. At this time special school program targeted such topics as: print and electronic publications.
"Students were studying for several months on Saturdays and it was just an experiment. Participants came only once a week, but they attended a lot of seminars and accomplished some practical and independent tasks, "- said Tatyana Pinchuk administrator of Novomedia Association.
All the lectures were successfully conducted by practicing journalists from the lecture halls of the religious center of "Emmanuel".
The school brought together students from different age and social groups. In the training process students were taught technique and rule how to collect and submit accurate information. Also, there were such a topics as the ethics of journalism, writing in Ukrainian and Russian languages, genres, texts, various types of media differences, e t c..
Some of the students have expressed their good emotions from all the knowledge they received. The leader of the group Maxim Bykov: "I am glad that there is such a school. Because it provides an opportunity to explore the underlying trends that exist in the media, and teaches us to avoid mistakes in the future work. "Nobody felt indifferent from the presentation of the material, - says the student Oleg Macovei. - We carefully listened, discussed all the lectures and tied that up with some tricky exercises." "Even after the first session, we received a lot of practical knowledge that specialty of journalism is requiring." Classes flew by very fast because of the positive attitude of teachers and students ", Larissa Ghana added.
Curator of the school and the teacher Lubov Hasanov shared with her impressions as well: "Our students are active, intelligent and capable. We were really happy to see the enthusiasm in their eyes, because it is very important to love the job."
At the end of the school students together with organizers held a ceremonial presentation of the certificates.
