Friday, April 1st, at the office of the Novomedia Association had an expanded meeting for directors. That was the first meeting in that kind of format: besides permanent members of the board of directors, there were invited other leaders who are responsible for different areas in the organization. 

This meeting was the official start of preparations for the International Forum of Novomedia, which is going to be in Kiev in the fall.  According to the plan there will be more than three hundred delegates. Director of Novomedia Association Ruslan Kuharchuk reminded that the main slogan for this year is - "New faces, new ideas and personal responsibility." "We expect that this event will open new opportunities, new interesting speakers for us, and it will help many people to join the media field. And we need to get ready for that right now "- Kuharchuk said. 

Novomedia people listened and watched the photo-reports from recently passed conferences in the U.S. (National Religious Broadcasters) and Germany (World Hosting Days). Novomedia people such as director Ruslan Kuharchuk and Dennis Semenuyk visited those conferences. Thoroughly analyzed what they saw members of Novomedia Association started to plan a great fall event. 

In conclusion they identified the main tasks: search of the auditorium for the forum, gathering of funds for this large-scale event, work with volunteers, and involve all the members of Novomedia to take part in this event.
